These terms apply when you use daivagna.in or ask Daivagna for a report or consultation. By sending your details or making a payment, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

Astrological reports and consultations based on classical Jyotisha and Vastu texts, such as Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Muhurta Chintamani and Brihat Samhita. Jyotisha is traditional guidance. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and we do not guarantee any outcome. Decisions you take remain your own.

2. What we do not do

• We do not predict death or the length of life.
• We do not prepare reports about a person without their consent (or a parent's or guardian's for a child).
• We do not pressure anyone into buying pujas, gemstones or remedies. Remedies we suggest are those given in the texts, and following them is your choice.

3. Your details

The accuracy of a chart depends on the birth details you give, especially the time of birth. Please check them before sending.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are fixed and listed on this website. They are per person, unless stated otherwise, and are payable in advance on WhatsApp — by UPI within India, or by an international payment option from abroad. Every payment gets a receipt.

5. Delivery

• Reports are sent as a PDF on WhatsApp, usually within minutes during working hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST, every day). Requests received outside these hours are answered the next morning.
• Temple vastu reports follow a site visit on a date agreed with you. Travel costs are extra.
• Phone or video calls are optional and by appointment.

6. Use of your report

Your report is for your personal use. Please do not republish it or sell it.

7. Conduct

We may decline or stop a request that is abusive, unlawful, or outside these terms. If we decline before delivering, we refund the fee in full.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any report or consultation is limited to the fee you paid for it.

9. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, have jurisdiction.
