Daivagna ("we", "us") provides Jyotisha and Vastu reports and consultations, run by Parayanam Sureswara Sharma from Tirupati. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

• Birth details — name, date, time and place of birth, and gender where relevant.
• Your question and anything else you choose to share with us, including voice notes.
• Contact details — your WhatsApp number, and your email if you give it.
• Payment confirmation — the amount and the UPI or transaction reference. We never see or store your card, bank account or UPI PIN.
• Details of other people you ask about (for example a spouse, child or prospective match). Please share them only with that person's consent, or as their parent or guardian.
• Temple vastu — site details, measurements and photos you send.

2. How we use it

• To compute your chart and prepare the report or consultation you asked for.
• To send your report, receipts and replies on WhatsApp.
• To keep a record so that follow-up questions and later reports are consistent — for example yearly forecasts — if you choose to continue with us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. How reports are prepared

Charts are calculated by astronomical software. The written text of a report may be drafted with the help of an AI language service and is reviewed by the Acharya before it is sent to you. To do this, your birth details and question are processed by that service under its own security and confidentiality terms.

4. Who else handles your information

Only the service providers we need to run Daivagna: WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, our hosting and software providers, the AI service mentioned above, and payment providers for the payment itself. We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your details while you remain a client, so that later reports stay consistent. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and we will do so within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record of a payment.

6. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact our Grievance Officer: Parayanam Sureswara Sharma, on the contacts below. We will respond within 30 days.

7. This website

daivagna.in does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may count page visits anonymously, without cookies, to understand how many people use the site.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
